In my yoga classes, I gently and specifically guide you through individual asanas (postures). It is particularly important to me to address individual complaints and to use various aids such as blocks, straps or bolsters in a targeted manner. Basic knowledge about yoga, the body and regeneration are addressed in topic-specific classes, so that a better understanding and knowledge of the body is made possible.

During the class, it is particularly important to me to create a balance between tension and relaxation. The center of the body and the functional use of the pelvic floor play an important role here (Maha Bandha). physiotherapeutic elements are combined with yogic elements so that strength is built up in a targeted way, flexibility is increased and relaxation is made possible. The classes therefore always have something new in store for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Self-confidence in your own body is strengthened so that you can move healthily and safely again, even after injuries.
